• Navigate to Purchasing » MRP » MRP - Build
  • Click “Refresh” to run MRP to have the most up-to-date data.
  • When the refresh is complete, you can view the MRP report.
  • Before creating work orders, it is recommended to view the Part Waterfall to see the most up-to-date supply and demand data.
  • The quickest way to view that is to select the “Expand All Part Info” field and select “Waterfall Only,” then click “Submit.”
  • If you want to create a work order for all of the parts on the report, check the box above “All.”
  • You can also select individual parts to create work orders as well.
  • You can create a brand new work order or add parts to a pre-existing work order.
  • Select the internal account you would like to assign as the vendor on this work order.
  • Then click “Add/Create Quote/Order Worksheet.”
